This 1986 Cal 22 sailboat is available now and shows nicely, in our yard. It has had recent upgrades and improvements. A fine example of the classic Raymond Hunt design renowned to be fully capable performance wise, and an efficient cruiser inshore. Perfect for day-sailing, along with some club racing and the occasional overnight or weekend. Known as a fast dry boat, with a large cockpit, this Cal 22 is a fine day-sailor for a few hours on the water.
This sailboat is also great for those new to sailing or for small family sailing. The design has sleeping accommodation for up to four people. A double "V"-berth can be found in the bow cabin and two straight settee quarter berths in the main cabin. The galley is located on the port side just aft of the bow cabin. Additionally, the galley is equipped with a sink and storage. The head is located under the bow cabin berth. This boat sails and points well. Also, this sailboat makes good speed, and is equipped with French hardware. Also this Cal has just had a new 2023 outboard 8 Hp. Mercury motor installed and it only has 5 hours on it.
