From the sundeck you enter the boat thru a lockable full-sized door that leads down 5 steps to the main salon, 

The large salon offers a long counter with lots of storage cabinetry. The very large Dinette table and L-shaped settee with booth style seating with storage underneath sits across from the 27 inch Samsung Smart TV Flat with Sirius Sat Radio and Polk Audio soundbar. There are sliding doors on both sides of the Salon that provide direct access to the side decks as well as great cross ventilation.

Electrical systems

Electrical System 

Both 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC is controlled via a panel with built-in circuit breakers, switches and meters in the main salon. The electrical system is key to monitoring battery charges and providing dependable power for starting the engines, providing DC power to run all 12 volt equipment on the vessel and using an inverter to provide 120 volt AC for appliances when not connected to shore power. For larger electrical loads and recharging batteries is the Westerbeake generator. The generator has been maintained to the same standard as the engines. Regular oil changes, fuel filters and air filters

One of the major advantages of a 44 DeFever is the walk-in engine room. Bedouin has a clean, bright engine room with standup access to all service points. Perkins engines have been maintained with regularly scheduled oil changes and fuel filters replacements. The transmission oil is changed on a regular basis and new transmission damper plates were installed
