What a clean boat! This IPY has been very well maintained and is ready to cruise today. The sails are in very good condition, the rigging was replaced recently and the chain plates were replaced in 2011. The last survey was completed in 2024 and was very favorable to the vessel. Many other recent upgrades include:
- Bi-facial solar panel added
- Removed holding tank and hoses, added composting toilet
- Installed Kato Marine davits
- Installed new Garmin 215 VHF with AIS receiver all connected via NMEA 2000 to chart plotter
- Installed new Stainless Steel exhaust mixing elbow
- Bottom job and removed holding tank discharge thru-hull and fiberglassed the hole
- Re-upholstered all interior cushions
- Replaced engine raw water intake ball valve
- Tank cleaned and fuel polished
- Replaced blocks and running rigging where needed
- Replaced shaft packing gland
- Replaced interior lights with LEDs
- Installed carbon monoxide detector
- Re-certified propane tank
