Minkie B is at the top of her class. She is the highest level design from C. Raymond Hunt. Top level build from the renowned Lyman-Morse yard. Lyman-Morse and Hunt have a long, well known history of building best in class yachts over the last 40 years. Minkie B is an exceptional example of this partnership. Her size, layout and performance have shown to weather the shifts in yachting needs.
Minkie B had a 2 foot hull extension done back in 2000 at the Hinckley Yard in Portsmouth, RI which transformed the aft deck, adding wonderful indoor and outdoor living space balance.
This yacht is a single state-room vessel allowing for a very generous working galley spanning port to starboard with stainless steel counter tops. It also accommodates separate and ample head and shower across from each other as you walk forward from the galley to the large state-room.
Over $350,000 have gone into major upgrades just in the last 3-4 years. The owners of this vessel have recognized the value of this vessel and taken on the responsibility of maintaining and upgrading her to keep her as nice now as when she was built. In just the last few years the upgrades have been expansive allowing new stewards to carry her forward without work list. She has always been stored inside a heated bay to continue maintenance and keep her in the best condition.

Construction of the yacht was started in late 1995. She was commissioned in the spring of 1997. Hull is solid fiberglass below the waterline and cored with Corecell closed cell foam in the topsides.Virtually all of the yacht was Awlgripped during the winter of 2017/18, the sole exception being the house top of the trunk cabin and the windshield which had been done a year earlier.
During the winter of 1999/2000 the yacht underwent a refit at the Hinckley yard in Portsmouth, RI during which time she was lengthened by 2 feet
