FOR SALE: 2000 PASSPORT 470 MAGGIE
MAGGIE is a well-equipped and cared-for Passport 470 aft cockpit designed by Robert Perry. Her design and construction quality provides for a swift, safe ocean voyaging yacht with a sailplan that is powerful, fast, and easy to manage from the safety of the cockpit.
She is currently located in Grenada and safely tucked away for the season, but she can be readily inspected, surveyed, and launched for a willing buyer to set off cruising.
MAGGIE features gorgeous teak joinery and a teak and holly cabin sole. The passageway doors, hanging lockers, and cabinetry are trimmed with beautiful Ebony wood. Overall, her interior is in very good condition. Numerous opening ports and overhead hatches provide superb ventilation and natural light.
She is a two-cabin, two-head layout, with the master cabin forward and quarterberth guest cabin aft. Each cabin has ensuite access to private heads. She has been lovingly cared for and well-maintained.
MAIN SALON
The main salon has a wraparound settee to port with a convertible dining table that can be used as a double berth. To starboard is a long settee with lee cloths. An ideal sea berth while offshore. All the cabinets and lockers are louvered for natural airflow and classic good looks. There are abundant lockers and bookshelves port and starboard.

The forward head has been upgraded with an electric flush marine toilet and features a separate stall shower with full standing head room, vanity sink with medicine cabinet above, and additional storage under the sink.
