It all starts with the materials we use. Since WHITE RIVER MARINE GROUP® is the world's largest boat manufacturer by volume, we can source quality components and materials at low costs. Then, we use Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles-just like the leading aerospace, automobile and medical companies-to reduce waste and improve quality.
In addition, we design and build most of our boat components in-house, which helps us control quality even further while eliminating costs associated with third-party suppliers. We also use a number of high-tech processes and equipment, such as robotic welders, lasers and plasma cutters, to ensure accuracy and less waste time and time again.
