This 2016 Helmsman Trawlers 38 PIlothouse was originally ordered for a cool Pacific Northwest climate, where it was stored under cover for most of its life. It was shipped to the east coast by its new owner, who has had professionally installed a generator and reverse-cycle heat/air-conditioning systems. So it it equipped for comfortable cruising in a wide range of climate conditions (e.g. The Great Loop!).
An exceptionally comfortable and roomy boat, in an easily-managed size, that is well-suited to extended time living aboard.
She is powered to get up and go when needed, and will cruise economically in the 8 or 9 knot range.
